Charlie Mozley
Over the past two decades, Charlie has built a distinguished career in some of the U.K. and Europe’s most prestigious kitchens. Having trained at Maze under Jason Atherton and Gordon Ramsay, and at Corrigan’s Mayfair with Richard Corrigan, Charlie’s journey has taken him through renowned establishments such as Fifteen Cornwall by Jamie Oliver, Bocca di Lupo in Soho, and the acclaimed La Villa Hotel in Piemonte.His career on land culminated in senior roles as Head Chef for Angela Hartnett at Cucina Angelina in Courchevel’s Portetta Hotel, and at Homegrown Hotels, the group behind the celebrated Pig Hotels.During his time at Fifteen Cornwall and Portetta, Charlie worked extensively with Athanor’s bespoke suites, gaining firsthand experience of how the brand’s exceptional craftsmanship and performance elevate culinary standards. These experiences—along with countless visits to other high-end kitchens—have given him a profound appreciation for innovative, high-quality kitchen equipment and its essential role in creating refined, authentic cuisine.
Since 2022, he has brought this expertise to the yachting industry, delivering high-end dining aboard private Feadship motor yachts.

Duncan Biggs
Duncan is a highly accomplished chef with 25 years of experience, catering to the most discerning clients in a variety of settings. His career spans both onboard luxury yachts and shoreside operations, taking him around the world wherever his expertise is needed.In addition to his role as a top-tier yacht chef, Duncan has played a key part in new yacht builds, overseeing galley design and setup. He has also developed galley management systems, implementing hygiene and safety operating procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.A key contributor to the establishment of the Ship’s Cook Certificate for the MCA, Duncan continues to serve as an Assessor for the certification. He is also a certified instructor, delivering food safety training at all levels and holding a Powerboat Level 2 Instructor qualification.
As Co-Director of Ocean Wave Monaco, Duncan remains dedicated to excellence in both the culinary and maritime industries.
